We provide repair, maintenance, and installation services for A. O. Smith water heaters and related appliances. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Repair and troubleshooting of water heaters
- Installation of new appliances
- Annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
- Warranty services (as per applicable terms)
- Emergency repair services
3. Independent Service Provider
We are an independent service provider and are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by A. O. Smith Thermo Private Limited or Ariston Group. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners. We use genuine and compatible parts for all repairs.
4. Service Charges
Service charges vary based on the type of service, parts required, and location. Key points regarding charges:
- Visiting charges may apply for service calls
- Estimates are provided before any repair work begins
- Parts costs are additional to labor charges
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, UPI, and card payments
5. Warranty on Repairs
We provide a limited warranty on our repair services:
- 6 months warranty on parts replaced (where applicable)
- 30 days warranty on labor for the same issue
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or power surges
- Original service receipt must be presented for warranty claims
- Warranty is void if the appliance is serviced by others after our service
6. Service Response Time
While we strive to provide quick service (including our "2-Hour Service" offer), response times may vary based on location, technician availability, and demand. The advertised response times are estimates and not guarantees.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue
- Ensure safe access to the appliance for our technicians
- Be present or have an authorized representative during service
- Make timely payment for services rendered
- Follow usage guidelines provided by our technicians
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in service.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service at least 2 hours before the appointment time without any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
10. Promotional Offers
Promotional offers (such as discounts) are subject to terms and conditions, may be limited-time, and can be withdrawn without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
